From now on you can write to us directly via WhatsApp and we will take care of your concerns.
At the same time, we are still working on an integration into our live chat or ticket system. This will be implemented in the near future.
What does that mean for you?
You can write to us via WhatsApp and an Ifnormatik employee will take care of your concerns and, if necessary, create a ticket with the attached chat. So you don’t even have to log in to our ticket system anymore.
At the same time, you will receive an email when the problem has been fixed, if the employee in the chat could not fix it.
